    Leading of 7 people (six product managers and one segment manager), total business responsibility was 53 MEURO, offer management (control & signaling, sensors, variable speed drives, contactors, industrial enclosures, low-end control, local offer), OEM segment development, new product launches, competition analysis, development sales tools, communication plan, Plan Industry 2003 – 2007 realization  Plan Industry successful implementation. Three main projects responsibilities: MRO business development, OEM business development, SI/EU business development. Exceeded targets with OEM and MRO.  Dedicated DO channel development (Industrial Centres). Ten additional outlets per year. In 2007 were 36 industrial points of sell.  Local offer business development. Participation in integration of local acquired company. New partners network animation and integration in existing DO network. Keeping the leadership on the contactors market providing growth and targeted margin.  Medium Market protection from copies by set of actions. This allowed taking back 700KEUR.  Successful launch of economic version of contactors (from China and India) in order to go to medium market. Organization of the process from zero point. This brought additional 2 MEURO and strengthened №1 position on the market.  Breakthrough on the speed drives market thanks to successful launch and intensive communication. In two years we became №1 on LV speed drive Russian market keeping this position till now.

OEM approach setting up, leadership of OEM sales team, building close cooperation with dedicated Distributors, business development with Global OEM accounts in Russia  OEM business growth from 1.6 to 12 MEURO in three years.  OEM channel setting up. Totally new OEM team (9 people ready to sell) was built for three months, covering seven geographical regions.  Awarded as best employee of 2005 for extraordinary results achievement  Four daughter applications centres (HVAC, Hoisting, lifts, packaging) were created for 6 months to support sales team and bring added value to customer.  Schneider Electric Russia became № 1 in hoisting and lift (international offer).
