Обязанности и достижения:
• Responsible for the strategy and implementation of all business lines related to communication in both digital and offline environment and ensure strategic communication support (Russia, Republics of Central Asia, Republics of the Caucasus Region, India, and Sri Lanka), (earlier - Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova additionally)
• Strategic development and control over implementation of effective integrated marketing communications (both offline and digital) (Russia, Republics of Central Asia, Republics of the Caucasus Region, India, and Sri Lanka)
• Developing media plan for the said countries and control over implementation
• Analyzing, planning and budgeting corporate marketing activities, monitoring costs and budget execution; budget control over marketing activities
• Social media marketing (full cycle)
• Sustaining a positive brand image, solving reputational issues
• Interacting with government agencies and industry organizations at top management level
• Control over the company's participation in industry exhibitions, regional events, seminars, round tables, partnership and sponsorship events, etc. Developing and implementing unified solutions for participation in regional events (more than 100 events per year)
• Preparing training plans for the company’s employees and dealers and training coordination; successful migration to a distance learning system
• Turnkey organization of leading industry conferences (defining the format, scoping and developing business programs, coordinating work with speakers, conducting promotion activities, creating information materials, post-production) – in portfolio more than 10 large-scale industry conferences (up to 300 participants)
• Developing and implementing integrated PR, product and information campaigns, product introduction and launch campaigns, conducting performance analysis
• Arranging and holding press conferences (with participation of senior managers), press tours (Russia, CIS, Europe), round tables with the media etc
• Developing concepts and control over online broadcasts (multiple streams, bilingual, integrated content) of the company’s targeted events
• Implementing innovative marketing digital tools for the company’s products (no analogues available globally)
• Content management and control over promotion of a corporate site, a site for dealers; developing, implementing, and promoting a number of landing pages
• Coordination of three large-scale projects on mobile applications development for corporate products; developing and implementing a number of tools using AR and VR
• Analyzing the general and industry-specific informational background, studying and analyzing PR activities of competitors
• Developing brand books on some aspects of marketing activities
• Developing and implementing projects on corporate communications and corporate culture
• Issuing a monthly corporate publication for employees and dealers, turnkey organization of an integrated annual event for employees
• Interacting with external contractors (agencies, video studios, designers, photographers, etc.) and implementing joint projects
• Holding tenders for organizing and conducting events, production of printed products and souvenirs, interaction with vendors, agencies, design and production studios, external suppliers, video agencies etc
