Management and participation in organisation of documants (contact, structure of project, general calendar plan, project's budget, and other).
Control of date calenderal realisation project's plan and analysis of deviation.
Control and analysis of budget's deviation.
Control and analysis of grafic's deviation of paiement.
Organisation of control of quality executed tasks.
Participate in introduction of automatical meyhods of control and registration of department's business process.
Participate in organisation of exchange of documentation between departments.
Interation with external organisation during the excution of project.
