LAN and WAN technologies. Company ‘s Intra- and Internet polices (over 100 workstations, 3 territory locations). Internet providing, TCP/IP LAN and WAN, Inter-office connection, CISCO management and routing, fiber-optic lines. Working with outer Service Providers (SPs) dealing with data transmitting, Internet service, telephony. Help Desk and technical support for internal and external users, managing Back-office daily activities. Managing 4 subordinates.
Providing Internet service for corporate and domestic clients. TCP/IP LAN and WAN, CISСO routers, inner and outer mail-servers (MS Exchange), WWW, DNS, WINS, SQL, DHCP services, general and local audit, internal and external billing, development of company’s infrastructure, optimization.
Planning the work of the department, it's budget. Working out and putting into practice administrative rules and politics of information store and access. Working out and setting up administrative rules to get the information, corporate information backup, antiviral protection and standardization of software and hardware platforms.
