- Partnering with management in developing and implementation of HR processes in support of business goals (staffing, people & leadership development, compensation & benefits, tools & processes, employee relations)
- Accelerating Talent development to support business hyper growth: Identify and develop HIPO in Russia, Leverage and support OHRP as the core tool to prepare talent; Identification of the Leadership pipeline/succession planning, development activities related to them, talent management
- Provide HR Support to the organization in accordance with the Company strategy by planning, assessing and developing human capital
- Participate in business cases as HR consultant, bring HR solutions for relevant employees related issues
- Full cycle of Recruitment (staff enlarging from 25 up to 120): for Moscow and RF regions. Positions in Sales, Administration, Financial, Service, Logistics, HR, Marketing fields, entry-level, middle and top management positions.
- Market Talent Pipeline development
- Coordinating Employee Engagement Survey and supporting in Action Planning
- Enhancing employees work capacity and loyalty to Company: Implement a common set of values that guide how Lenovo employees need to work, treat other & be treatment; Lenovo Culture Implementation and maintenance to enhance Lenovo goals
- Regional Award program development and management
- Foundational training skills management
- Developing orientation and adaptation program for new hires
- Hiring, termination, transfer
- HQ HR policies implementation on regional level
- Support IA process with working visa and working permit
- Drafting and implementing the updated version of the Labor Agreements, addendums, all the relevant HR documentation
