- Negotiations with key customers and partners. The conclusion of contracts with local retail chains, shopping malls, business centers, car dealers, regional offices of the federal and local insurance companies and banks
- Further develop and maintain partnerships with landlords, search and connect new partners, keeping the former; quality and timely correction of problems in the interaction
- Research and development of new sales channels
- Organization of marketing sales promotions (BTL, trade-marketing, exhibitions)
- Selection of staff

- Mentoring / coaching
