- Managing recruitment team - tracking performance and
staffing indicators, managing team workload and individual
performance;
- Average volume 700+ vacancies per year;
- Administrating req distribution and offer delivery process;
- Creating and implementing unified recruitment standards
within the team - setting SLA's and KPI's;
- Managing engagement with recruitment agencies to balance
the team workload;
- Managing complex recruitment projects including ramps and
greenfield hiring;
- Driving new candidates ATS integration (Taleo & Workday) -
managing system requirements for new configuration,
preparing & delivering trainings, implementing new system
launch
