- Road Map for launch web site: creation and management.
- Online marketing strategy development.
- Market research.
- Budgeting.
- Determination of goals and KPI for online, scope definition.
- Business processes description and implementation.
- Creation of technical requirements for IT infrastructure in new office, software and hardware purchasing.
- E-commerce structure creation.
- Research and Interaction with service providers: shipping companies, processing companies, external call centers, online marketing agencies, IT support companies, developers.
- Training in the USA about products and technologies: CMS Magento, Affiliate networks, online marketing experience.
- Web site launch (v2cigs.ru) based on CMS Magento:
o Usability and services.
o SEO.
o Creation of the requirements for tech team about integration with shipping company, processing company, reporting and etc.;
o Setting up of the tools for e-mail marketing (MailChimp), online consultant WhosOn, GA and YM, store locator feature, social media buttons AddThis, forum.
