Functions and achievements:
Operational management of 5 restaurants in different regions (Kaluga, Moscow, Makhachkala, Voronezh, Penza) - 4 concepts. Opening of restaurants from "0".
Search and analysis of new places, maintenance of development/coordination and approval of architectural and planning plans of restaurants.
Obtaining all necessary permissions and coordination of inspecting, supervisory authorities and executive authorities.
Technical commissioning of objects.
Participation and complete control of purchase of the processing, invaluable and neutral equipment, furniture, elements of a decor, computer, network and office equipment, construction materials, equipment audio-video, etc.
Interaction with contract organizations.
