Обязанности и достижения:
Provide the team with the company's vision and the objectives of all projects. Create an environment for open communications, creative thinking, cohesive team effort and workplace trust. Manage and train for the development of team members and help them to resolve any dysfunctional behavior. Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications and design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance. Provide all necessary business information. Initiate sub-groups or sub-teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel. Help keep the team focused and on track. Work with group leader and operations manager and the team leader to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements. Coordinates meetings with the client, operations manager and functional management to discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task. Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team.
