- Building up efficient distribution approach with both logistic & communication functions;
- Developing close and successful business relation with independent business partners such as Distributors for Russia (7), Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kirgizstan, Ukraine, Moldova, Belorussia;
- Integration of Distribution schemes and business cultures after new business acquisition;
Duties:
- Monitoring of existing business and negotiation for a new business (trading terms, pricing etc)
- Forecasting management
- Working with customer briefs, fulfillment of product optimization, understanding of strategies of new client brands, product needs etc.
- Key Distribution Client visits and supervision
- Reinforcement of rules and policies, adjustment corporate rules and policies for the RU market
- Maintenance of proper Technical and Marketing support to distributors
