• Drove sales of products of metallurgical enterprises such as Severstal, Cherepovets Steel-Rolling Plant, Orlovskiy Steel-Rolling Plant and others from the Company’s stocks and transit sales from metallurgical factories;
• Negotiated and concluded agreements with dealers and end-users;
• Worked with the key accounts to jointly establish sales forecasts, conveyed these forecasts to manufacturing, and hold meetings with manufactory and logistics representatives to ensure timely delivery;
• Conducted market researches which had captured the target’s demographics, competitor initiatives, and industry trends;
• Distributed key account sales reports by branch to region managers and senior staff and reviewed sales goals with region managers via telephone conferences;
• Launched a new product into the marketplace to partially replace the existing product increasing annual unit sales by 15%;
• Reviewed product pricing and gross margin goals for the existing products annually and established new product pricing.
• Created personal database of more than 100 new customers for various types of metallurgical products;
• Established and developed business relationships which led to signing of agreements with 10 key customers responsible for 25% of net sales;
• Promoted and integrated 2 new major types of metallurgical products.
