SPHE founded Russian representative office in 2009. The main aim is GP growth. Local office is responsible for the general strategy, licensee control, marketing and promotion services, logistics as well as sales mechanics optimization. At this very moment the key priority is gradual transformation and building of business communication in digital distribution as well as search of new possibilities for business development (in –house product licensee agency). Also creating Sony United synergy is an important direction for local SPHE office.
- Team recruitment and management (6 people): goals, evaluation, engagement.
Achievement: optimal office structure in terms of headcount and best in class professional managers.
Local office costs reduction.
Achievement. As the result of office restructuring we reached costs reduction up to 60% during the first year.
- Licensee deal negotiation, contract signing and management.
Achievement: saving advantageous business conditions on the declining market.
- Building new optimized logistic flow leading to cost cuts down to 5%.
- Control and guidance over marketing and sales process.
Achievement: Development of new windowing/account strategy (short window for vanilla BD account exclusive) leading to 25% sales increase of the format. Cutting marketing costs while saving media and placement volume due to proactive media, brand and retail promotions.
