Обязанности и достижения:
Responsibilities:
- To monitor research and choice of new Horeca (and Out of home) customers to generate sales. To visit directly strategic accounts assigned (weekly planning visits/ calls).
- To manage relationships with all Russian official importers, Horeca distributors and subdistributors (validated by the Rep. Office as partners) and their Horeca sales managers and sales representatives.
- To manage efficiently RF Horeca budget, in compliance with the framework defined by NW Brands.
- To monitor research and choice of Horeca (and Out of home) customers to plan a distribution and quality of POSM material presens in the points of sales (POS).
- To monitor competitors activities.
- To provide an input and recommendations for community event participation.
- To supervise and to attend some of the most important events.
- To perform and arbitrate the tracking reports to managers and supervisors for properly maintaining of the accounts data base.
- To participate and co-ordinating the Horeca Customers Mapping project, with support of the NWMD Bussiness Analist;
- To propose an action plan, KPI for specific target Horeca (and Out of home) customers.
For new customers:
- To perform trainings (Brief marketing strategies of brands, principles of NW budget availability and allocation);
- To inform systematically NWMD Office about any progress;
His participation in the negotiation can be requested;
For existing customers
- To prepare and take a part in annual negotiations with major customers together with Horeca NW partners in the area (90% working time to be devoted for Moscow and 10% for St.Pet);
- To define a launch strategy of products (format, assortment...) with NW partners, customers after this strategy is beinf approved by NWMD office;
- To provide a systematic reporting to NWMD on competition activities taking place on the market
