Key responsibilities:
— Project concept and strategic planning development, definition of the project development vectors aimed to increase sales. Market analysis and conducting market researches, monitoring and analyses of the competitive positions to manage actionable data to reach/save leadership position on the market. Analyses of the project effectiveness: SWOT, PEST analyses, Quest back, Yandex and Google metrics. Development and realization of the marketing strategy, including event positioning and promoting for Russian and international markets.
Budget development, analyses, monitoring of its compliance.
— Projects GR support and business development (profile government agencies, embassies, Russian and international industrial partners and associations).
— Monthly reporting to the management. Formation of an annual, strategic, short- &long-term project business development plan.
Track records:
— Achieved a stable increase in profits by 30-50% from the implementation of projects by attracting new clients and partners.
— Experience in building sales department from scratch (12 people in the management, including foreign, distant employees): training and adaptation, company standards compliance monitoring, assigning tasks and monitoring the achievement of KPIs by each employee and the team as a whole.
— I hosted the development and management of a large-scale project of the company from scrap (preparation and launch period - 6 months). The project was successfully integrated in the international events. We run 4 projects annually (up to 500 meetings at each event).
— Took part in the development and implementation of marketing campaign for projects: writing and SEO optimization of the website’s context and mailings, sales kit development. Sales scripts development and conducting trainings for the sales team and call-centre.
Personal sales to top-clients and evaluation of long-term relationship (full cycle), including international business trips (UK, USA, Germany, Spain). Development of individual sponsors and advertising packages according to the client’s demands to increase the project profit.
