- Marketing programs to launch,
- Trainings for the store teams to increase KPI, customer service-as the achievement Conversion growth in 19% vs ly,
- Launch new job profile system in the stores and training sessions for store managers of management skills development, team development and sales/stock analysis,
- Developing of the office and store team,
- Controlling VM brand standarts,
- 3 weeks training in UK of Business, Operation, VM, Product peculiarities of the brand,
- Close cooperation with UK Partner about business development strategy,
- Business trip to UK for participation in new season launches and discussion product and VM strategy for comming season
