Starting up business of Lectra in Russia from scratch. Hiring administration, logistics, solutions, finance, technical and other personnel, growing up the team capable to reach targets of the company observing the corporate guidelines, establishing internal procedures and policies. Totally responsible for sales and operations expanding all business activities of Lectra across Russia; operational budgeting, Orders, P&L and Cash flow responsibilities including planning and reporting; building and strengthening relationships with high potential prospects/customers significantly increasing sales; selling SW (CAD/CAM/CAE) and HW solutions and Professional services; active winning of new customers from the rivals. Taking prompt and efficient business decisions. Targeted to very marginable and perspective strategic projects. Wide experience to manage local and global teams to successfully accomplish long-term large projects meeting tough schedules and exceeding expectations.
