Market analysis, monitoring. Forging the sales strategy with DIY trade channel. Assembled a sales group to the one-step distribution. Assigned task, timelines, controlled different projects progress. Participated in international and local tenders.
Took part in new products launches such as Cork Flooring, Design Flooring (LVT analogue) locally manufactured products, customer private label collections and so on.
Treated hard and soft technical customer claims on different levels.
Solid experience in presentations and technical trainings for the different customer groups up to 150 persons.
Successfully couched new sales representatives and promoters’ team.
11 years experience of sales in different channels, i.e. international and national DIY markets, regional and federal distributors, federal retail flooring partners.

OBI RUSSIA project, including own brand collection. Castorama RUS, Leroy Merlin Vostok projects.
Maxidom, Upravdom, Kvalitet, Baucenter, Samotlor.
Monarch, Stroycity, Oasis, NikA, etc.
Responsible for the turnover of 904 000 000 RUR/year.
