- SF allocation planning and execution control (in cooperation with BHR, HR Admin)
- Continuous SF evaluation (quantitative and qualitative rating of MRs/RMs etc)
- HCPs and Pharmacies S&T
- Field activities planning (w/o action planning)
- In-market (sell-out) planning and control of execution
Interaction with company management
- New ideas discussion, solutions development
- Consolidated reporting (presentations) preparation of SFE data
- KPI presentation on Monthly Management Team reviews
Interaction with Commercial Excellence analysts (BI, CRM, Market researchers) and IT
- Architecting of analytical data flow
- Source data processing and KPI calculation
- Modeling of SQL SFE data base for reports automation
Teamwork with HR
- Sales Force employees promotion, awarding, problem solving etc
Project management of SFE changes (in cooperation with global SFE, IT, BHR/HR, BI etc)
