● taking brand ownership providing vision, mission and goals through the company departments: building brand connoisseurship within trade-marketing to achieve sales;
● monitor and analyze and translate data (sales, Nielsen etc. to departments, targeting them to have monthly business focus)

• Launch of Champaign (6 SKUs), wine (9 SKUs), grappa (2 SKUs), cognac (2 SKUs) (including product development, packaging, market data analysis, brand marketing support etc.);
• Relaunch of TM Krimskiy;
• Product categories educational program for trade-marketing development and presentation;
• Marketing mix launch (specially targeted for Crimea and Russia);
• SMM, PR and Internet development.
