• Responsible for the energy drinks and soft drinks categories reporting to the CMO
• Led 8-member cross-functional team into a successful launch of three brands in the energy and soft drinks markets occupying premium and value for money segments in accounts such as Morrison’s, One Stop (Tesco), BP, WHSmith, etc
• Planned and managed budgets (£m) to deliver winning plans
• Developed the marketing strategy and executed it across all parts of the marketing mix. Designed annual marketing plans to achieve the organizational objectives and monitored implementation that led to an over 30% average prompted brand awareness growth for all three brands and 50% consideration level in the first half year of the plans implementation
• Managed NPD, controlled all aspects of product R&D. Successfully re-designed packaging of all brands, launched 3 new SKUs, changed Freshbe drink concept, positioning and re-developed liquid that led to further commercial negotiations with such accounts as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Coop, Costco, British Airways, etc.
• Managed relationships with top full creative, media, BTL (consumer and shopper), PR, branding and research agencies leading strategic development & positioning, brand strategies and activations development and implementation
• Developed partnerships & relationships with third parties to meet strategic objectives
• Analysed current market trends and competitor information, optimized product mix and pricing, etc
