Responsible for:
- Business planning, market analysis;
- Creating sales from point zero (regianal dealers / distributors);
- Active searching for new potential clients in Russia (Moscow, Moscow Region, Central Region, Ural Region, Western Siberia, Eastern Siberia);
- Drawing in new clients in business trips to Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk. Making product presentations, conducting negotiations, discussing prices and terms of cooperation;
- Organizing and control shipments (railway cargo containers, railway cars, trucks);
- Accounts receivable and payment control;
- Yearly participating in exhibitions SibFair (Novosibirsk), MosBuild (Moscow);
- Developing company's web-site content;
Since 01/2008 become responsible also for:
- Purchasing all kinds of materials for production (PVC, additives, colored films)
- Planning manufacturing output
- Finance control and control of commodity relations with suppliers
Achievements:
Created and grew client base. Made the production kept running at full capacity.
