• Development of plans and budgets of the Sales Department and control of their fulfillment. Control of strategic and operational tasks fulfillment.
• Assortment development and management. Development and conduction of sales promotions. Branding.
• Executive participation in tenders, meeting and exhibitions. Development of Proposals, contracts conclusion, transactions support.
• Sales Department restructuring. Development of the regulations, motivation schemes and bonus systems for the employees of the department. Mentoring in the new methods of work.
• Organization of merchandising.
• Building and optimization of the business process system between the functional divisions of the company.
• Formation and analysis of the internal KPI reporting system (clients, profit, dynamics of development, account receivable, markup, credit lines).
