Responsibilities in sales:
development of the regions of Russia, GUS, Baltic countries, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, India;
supervision of local representative offices and distributors, creating and implementing of sales strategy for each region aimed at maximizing of the profitability, sales increase, satisfaction of the available clients and
finding new ones;
negotiations at the highest levels and Contracts' signing;
price calculation and sales planning;
control of financing;
supervision of “order processing and after sales groups”;
analysis of competitors;
representation of the company at international exhibitions;
creating and implementing the strategy of motivation of distributors and own sales offices.
Responsibilities in purchasing:
preliminary choice of suppliers of electrical and hydraulic equipment, as well as diesel engines;
control over the availability of components for orders, solving of problems when components are coming too late or defect;
strategic purchasing management (together with purchasing department) of main components to cover supply problems, looking for alternative suppliers, e.g. in Eastern Europe and Russia at present, preliminary negotiations to identify the scope of deliveries, prices, technical specification;
Responsibilities in project management:
working out of technical solutions at all project stages and their implementation;
project management from 0 to “claim management”;
control of logistics and transportation;
control over the projecting and construction capacities, providing delivery times, undertaking necessary steps in case of emergency to avoid delays in deliveries;
coordination of divisions' work at orders;
claim management.
