- Overall control and responsibility for sales and marketing throughout CIS of for brands: Hershey’s, Wasa, Burtons, Carambas and Lotte;
- Sales and Marketing strategy formulation and implementation;
- Setting of sales targets with the objective of achieving the company’s Budget;
- Developing the network of customers, distributors and wholesalers nationwide;
- Preparing Marketing and Sales analysis, production and co-ordination of advertising and promotional campaigns according to the company’s guidelines.
Recruited and trained a separate sales team to cover Moscow Distribution, wholesale and regional sales. Restructured price strategy according to the market needs. Built a new distribution network for the new products. Launched Wasa in September and Hershey’s in October 2002.
Extensively traveled throughout the country in order to achieve maximum results in a short time period. In coordination with respectful brand managers worked out custom tailored marketing plan, promotions and activities by brand, product, and trade channel.
Identified new products and manufacturers that fit the company portfolio. Negotiated terms and conditions with the new suppliers (Haribo, IsIs, Dona Jimena, Sukhareff)
