- set up and run the small business from 1 person to 7 people in the team;
- interaction with Tax Office, Customs;
- managing people/ training of all people in the team (11 people in different positions);
- set up the production line (game components) in-house and OEM (Europe, China, the USA);
- constant marketing researches and market monitoring (competitors, new products in the market, new niches);
- supply of components, raw materials for the production lines - stock control, forecasts;
- Customs clearance (documents preparation, control the process, calculation of the costs, KPI);
During running own business, I understood what it mean doing and running business itself.
First of all, it is a responsibility for yourself and your team. Secondly, you never get boring as every new day is a new opportunity: you can get up striking with idea and in several hours this idea can begin implementing. Thirdly, when I am limited in resources: funds, labor, time, my thinking process is keeping me on. Finally, I can organize my time schedule according to my needs and it makes me disciplined as I can value an every single minute.

Sales development:
- work with key accountants: OZON, Wildberries, Hobbyworld, Leonardo, Gaga Games
- work with more than 60 retailers in Russia, Kazachstan, Belorussia
Implementation of new products:
- product matrix for absolutely new for Russian market goods
- development of packaging: finding the packaging suppliers, design work and printing production;
- production of goods, including quality control.
Multiply growth:
Having only 1.5 million of rubles for start-up reaching 1-1.5 million of sales per month.
