    Обязанности и достижения:

    Overseeing project monitoring and evaluation: including gathering, aggregating and analyzing relevant data for project progress reporting, and preparation of necessary reports and project baseline data; • Assistance in development, preparation, reviewing and updating guide for project monitoring and evaluation, project operation manuals (effectiveness tool for WUAs and PUUs, guides on eligible and non-eligible activities, grant process, environmental relative documents, and preparation of TORs for the specialists and other project assignments; • Preparation of different type of monitoring tools, base line data’s, survey materials (questionaries, FGDs, individual interview). • Establishing and maintaining project database: for the monitoring, evaluation and reporting on project progress in accordance with the Project Results Framework. • Providing training and practical advice in M&E (data collection, management, analysis, etc.) to project staff and consultants, and partners such as facilitating organizations, grant recipients such as: pasture user groups (PUG), and water users’ associations (WUA), and other target groups. • Supporting communication part of the project in preparation plans, brochure, factsheets, booklets and media files. • Analyzing the impacts of project support for building the capacity of facilitating organizations to mobilize communities, including the use of credibility/mobilization grants, and preparation of proposals to undertake sub-projects. • Assist Project Coordinator in preparation of project plans and progress reports. • Supervising and management of the 6 local M&Es.

The vacancy announcement through hh.ru for the position of Project Manager strictly drew my attention and interest because of a close fit with my professional experiences, skills and abilities in implementation of relief and development projects in IOs. I have more than 18 years working experiences with IOs like; UNDP, WB ELMARL, ADB Pyandj Basin Projects (PPTA, CDTA) also OXFAM GB, RCST that highlighted in my CV. My profile from the beginning till the present is just working with the communities. Working in various projects I focus my job only to the improvement or development someone life through the projects, consultations, capacity building activities and practically income generation interventions. All the mentioned groups that highlighted in the document they are representative of that mentioned communities. For example, the in the last project I worked as National Catchment Management we have developed Watershed Action Plans that aim was “integrated landscape approach to enhancing the climate resilience of small-scale farmers and pastoralists”. Project will implement its activities through the Pasture User Groups, Water Users Associations, and Catchment Management Organizations, and representatives of the communities especially vulnerable part of the people who are included in these groups. On behalf of the last 5-year World Bank project (Environmental Land Management and Rural Livelihoods Project for Tajikistan) that have been implemented and aimed to enable rural people to increase their productive assets in ways that improve natural resource management and resilience to climate change in selected climate vulnerable sites. I have directly participated from the starting to the end of the project as the M&E Consultant. During the Project implementation I have contributed in designing data base, TORs for other consultants, POM, conducting different type of the surveys and creation of place of jobs through the capacity building (regarding the grant management, business startup, writing small projects and so on) and income generation activities to the effected from climate change communities, female who husbands in migration, vulnerable part at all. Have direct contribution on preparation of guideline “effective consultation with the marginalized group of community” with the ADB funded project on CDTA, “How to start your business” with the WB funded project ELMARL and so on. In practical, I utilized my In-depth experience in humanitarian affairs, data collection, management, research and report writing, to ensure all vulnerable communities and those at risk have access to basic services such as: sanitation, education, health facilities and especially water during my job with the RCST. As a humanitarian staff, I conduct myself in a way which is acceptable to the community, hence easy acceptability of RCST to the community. I hold the University MS diploma in Social Sciences and Economy that leads me to fulfill the tasks and responsibilities of the announced position successfully in accordance to the PETRA-SIBERIA LLC procedures. I am sure that my education background, previous IO/NGOs programme working experiences lead me to fulfill the announced position tasks and responsibilities counted successfully. Tajik is my native language. In addition, I am fluent in English, Dari/Farsi and Russian language skills. I am a regular user of M/Office package, PPP, Internet and other. I believe and assure you that by joining PETRA-SIBERIA LLC, I’ll contribute to its activities by bringing wide range experiences in Programs, because I have the interest, experiences, skills and energy level required being successful and I am confident to become an asset to organization.
