Implementation of effective P&L calculations and trades fees allocation 2. Including the self developing modules on VBA Key Achievements  I reduced the time of reconciliation process which allowed to reconcile in real time  I involved the complex procedure of separating stocks on prop and clients, based on US regulation laws.  I successfully managed conflicts (mismatching in positions and aggressive cost negotiations)  File reconciliation report for checking and correcting positions for more than 1200 different stocks in basic depositaries (Penson, JPM, EC, DTC, CREST, and CDS) was programmed.
