Обязанности и достижения:
Management of Hoshin, continuous improvement, Lean projects:
- building a structured project schedule and action plans with breakdown and sequence of actions,
- animating project leaders, executors and stakeholders for timely and proper fulfillment of actions
- contributing to project success by giving ideas and vision for better scenarios, tools and solutions to be used
- keeping track of project fulfillment and keeping all stakeholders informed and ensuring on time and proper fulfillment of project targets
- keeping control of project budget and timeline, ensuring optimization of expenses and schedule and achievement of targets in terms of project execution timeframe and approved budget limits
Fulfilled projects as coordinator/leader:
- Short interval management organization and animation at the plant level;
- Technical project ``Kingfisher'' (change of packaging in line with global standard in coordination with other SE plants);
- Launch and coordination of Hoshin projects structure
- Modernization of painting workshop including business case approval with top management (business needs justification, calculation of payback), purchasing process management (negotiations, signing contract with suppliers of various profiles), supervision over execution of equipment design works, reconstruction works and installation of new equipment
