Обязанности и достижения:
● Solely handle all biggest and most complex commercial and government projects in the company ($5.5M+) ● Responsible for review and verification of the documentation ● Actively mentor and train new staff members on all department processes and responsibilities ● Responsible for pricing, ordering, invoicing and collecting payments ● Timely return requests and create corresponding vendor Purchase Orders or RMAs ● Responsible for preparation and accurate submission of shop/submittal drawings for approval ● Analyze all available information and process incoming daily customer orders for each project ● Review BOMs for accuracy and implement changes if required ● Communicate the necessary project updates and changes to all key stakeholders, i.e. vendors, customers, contractors and colleagues ● Successfully negotiate terms of delivery with clients and vendors to the benefit of the company ● Closely work with the transport companies/ customs brokers to avoid unnecessary delays during the transit and expediting freight ● Perform routine follow ups to assure product delivery meets tight deadlines ● Provide impeccable technical and after sales support to all clients and timely resolve any technical issues ● Prepare quantity take-off and budget cost estimates ● Complete reports and control schedules as well as budgets of multiple projects ● Act as an active member of H&S Committee ensuring the safety of all clients and guests on site MOST NOTABLE RECENT PROJECTS ● Union Station Revitalization Project - $5.5 million - Fall 2011 to Summer 2019 Handled all 3 stages of this job. Job required to supply all exterior lighting, large amount of custom produced fixtures to meet engineers’ specifications, electrical code and refurbish all heritage fixtures. Challenges: constant site delays to the point where material requested/order is being discontinued and required to provide a custom solution/alternative instead as well as timely coordination of all activities with multiple stakeholders involved in this project. ● Crosslinx LRT Project - $6.5 million - Fall 2017 Ongoing project to be completed in Fall 2021 Job requires to supply custom exterior LED lighting for all 25 Eglinton Crosstown LRT stations, including providing a custom pole solution for integration of lighting, wifi modules, cameras and LED signage components. Collaboration with a multifunctional team to meet very strict deadlines, resolving constantly arising issues on the go. Challenges: Ensuring that multiple stakeholder requirements, which are constantly getting amended, are looked after immediately and provided with proper custom solution so that all expectations are successfully met.
