Remote work. First year I was Russian scripters captain, after that, I became the Head of the Scripting department. Leading of scripting and testing for the cross-platform (app, smartspeaker, browser plug-in etc) personal assistant with AI - now in 6 languages, 20 members in total. Scripting using regular expressions syntax, considering ASR and TTS requirements. Scripting services based on the scenarios designed in collaboration with the service development. Designing scripts for smalltalks from scratch to completion. Performing UAT testing on staging platform, performing sanity check on production upon release. Debugging problems on the backend system (sentence database), fixing revealed scripting issues, reporting bugs to the application level. Team management: Assigning, reviewing, and finalizing tasks, both maintaining the existing system and designing new pieces of product. Training new employees and regular assessment of the understanding of the system for the whole team, providing feedback on the performance, creating and maintaining KPIs, updating scripting guidelines. Mentorship, communication, conflict solving within the team and with other teams. Cross-company: Working with CEO and Product Owner on strategy development and organizational questions. Collaborating with the Development team on identifying and solving problems. Collaborating with the Marketing team on product features implementation.
