2. Management of the staff:

3. Formation of corporative culture of the enterprise.
4. Providing of safe conditions of work.
The duties includes:
1. To form and replenish the database of modern staff technologies.
2. To determine the current and to plan the perspective staff requirement, resources of its gratification.
3. To analyze the information of external and internal market of employees.
4. To realize the registration of personnel and structure of the staff.
5. To work out and to indicate the system of officer’s growth.
6. To create the staff reserve for all levels of administration by training, re training and further training of officer’s qualification.
7. To make the analysis of officer’s training.
8. To work out the Regulations for structure division, officer’s instructions.
9. To work out the system of officer’s rating: forms, questionnaires, certification rules.
10. To conduct the rating of officers, to analyze the results.
11. To make proposals on official transfers and on qualification conferment.
12. To work out, to recommend for inculcation new methods and forms of stimulating.
13. To study the social tensions in the team.
14. To take measures for strengthening of the labour and production discipline.
15. To work out, to insert amendments into the Corporate Charter, the Regulations of internal labour routine, the Regulations about labour and commerce secrets, the Regulations of structure division.
16. Forming of the budget, connected with expenses on training and development of company staff.
17. Using the positive experience of the past, to work out and constantly improve methods, procedures and programs of company’s influence on its officers (using history, traditions, symbolic and etc.), based on the philosophy of the company.
18. To create the safe labour conditions together with the sections on safety technique.
19. To plan and analyze the activity for the passed period.
