Обязанности и достижения:
Runet Business Systems (RBS) is the division of BPC group, which implementing, supporting and developing RBS payment gateway systems, and taking a leading position in the e-commerce market in Russia. Responsibilities: Project management for the development, implementation and maintenance of payment systems for large banks (5 customers, the portfolio has more than 20 sub-projects): - Negotiation with the customers, requirements gathering and discussion, the definition of a technical solution, coordinating the work plan, schedule and budget of the project, reviewing a SRS; - The selection and management of the project team (up to 12 people - developers, analysts, deployment engineers, technical writers.); - Managing budgets, timelines, risks and quality of work on the project; - Regular communication with the customer (department directors), reports on the status of the project; - The organization commissioning the system, the control works on maintenance. - Current supporting of a developed and implemented projects. Examples of completed projects: - Developed and implemented the functionality of accepting payments using credit cards for first Russian lowcost airline (customer - Alfabank) - Developed and implemented BSP-payment processing unit for Aeroflot-airline (customer - Alfabank); - Deployed and implemented a payment gateway, with the module, giving an information about debts by accounts of Mosenergosbyt (customer - the Russian Regional Development Bank); - Fully implemented a payment gateway (customer - ROSEVROBANK); - Deployed and implemented a payment gateway with a P2P-payments functionality. Until 2014 - Business Analyst - Requirements management and development of a single payment solution for Aeroflot-airline.
