Обязанности и достижения:
• Finding new potential customers in Telecom, Data Centers and Transport segments and developing relationships with them;
• Serving as a customer interface representative to insure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customer needs, including but not limited to warranty issues, quality issues and any sort ofcustomer requests;
• Finding new projects in Telecom, Data Centers, Transport segments, managing projects until deal is closed;
• Monitoring Russian market for opportunities of projects in related segments. Contributing to the development of pricing and commercial terms and conditions;
• Performing achievement of an individual sales targets to meet sales plan. Evaluating and communicating customer performance reports to the Segment Sales Supervisor;
• Assisting with the resolution of all open DSO issues at responsible customer base;
• Building customer-supplier relationships through daily interface with customer, operations, and engineering both by phone and visits;
• Insuring that customer requirements are addressed and communicated to the customer including inquiries, contracts or order handling, including amendments;
• Gaining understanding of customer needs and competitive landscape and purposes customer specific strategies to immediate supervisors;
• Increased sales pipeline within selected segment by 10% due to the search for new customers and building relationships through daily interaction;
• Increased projects conversion rate by 6% within Russian market in selected and related segments;
• Fulfilled sales plan and individual sales targets for groups of equipment.
