    POSM & VAP Manager

    Обязанности и достижения:

    Area of responsibility: national, team - 5 specialists, administrative and functional subordination. Duties: Provide off- and on-trade Point of Contacts (POC) with all necessary POSM both regular and ad hoc on national level - consolidation of regional needs, organizing procurement process according to the Company’s internal politics, leading orders starting from placing to the chosen on bidding base supplier till delivery to regional warehouses including logistic organization. Confirmation of tender results for POSM purchases for Company’s departments. Work with global POSM Catalogue, buying POSM abroad – both straight and via trader. Work out of standard materials catalogues with fixed prices for financial year. Work out designs and technical specifications according to Sales and Marketing team needs, monitoring of innovations on the POSM market. Work with budget - planning, control of expenses within the financial year. POSM turnover control. Leading process of VAP (Value Added Product) ordering and delivery to Russian market. Placing the order for globally produced packs’ components, leading delivery to warehouses (Moscow, Baltic) and rework. Work out of locally produced components, organize biddings, leading delivery and rework on Moscow warehouse. Special projects: Project leader on “VAP Project” in FY’09-12. Achievements: set up the process of the stock and writing POSM off the warehouse in SAP (linked with Advantix). Set up of the all POSM categories producers’ base, signing of year price-lists for typical materials. Winner of Daigeo People Awards in Marketing department in FY’08.

    National POSM manager

    Area of responsibility: National (7 business-units, 7 regional POSM-specialists, functional subordination). Duties: Work out of POSM-set and standards of POSM placement for all types of POSM for all types of POCs (off- and on-trade, KA), analysis of effectiveness. Provide off- and on-trade POCs with all necessary POSM both regular and ad hoc: on national level - consolidation of regional needs, carrying tenders, leading orders starting from placing to the chosen supplier till delivery to regional warehouses$ on local level - leading of regional needs consolidation, approving of the results of local tenders. Work out designs and technical specifications according to Sales and Marketing team needs, monitoring of innovations on the POSM market. Work out of the principles and norms for planning POSM budget. Set up of the POSM secondary accounting system as the base of norms for planning. Process orders in accounting system (EFAS), participation in working out business process in SAP/SRM - key user Procurement stream. Interaction with Global Procurement department on the project of designing and introduction of Global POSM Catalogue in Russia (Single Point of contact in Russia). Achievements: Work out of united POSM-set for off-tr. and KA, norms of planning for on-trade. Leading of the consolidation of separate regional orders to the national ones. Set up of the POSM secondary accounting system. Uniting POSM specialists as a team.
