I was AA (area authority on site) to coordinate maintenance activities of contractors; - Working with permits to work (preparation, verification, issue, authorization, preparation of isolations of equipment); I’ve done translation of PTW (permit to work) from English to Russian. - Develop the necessary documentation to stop the factory for overhaul, and after major repairs to the launch. Participation in all the shut downs and start up of the plant. - Participate in the preparation instructions for stopping, starting and operating a plant for liquefying natural gas. - I made isolation of equipment (purging, draining, venting) with preparation Isolation Control Certificates and Permit Control Certificates; - taking part in start up and shut down of LNG plant; - Perform communication between departments. - I watched the work of process equipment. Working by safety officer on the LNG plant (observation area for safety, checking PTW on site during ongoing activity). - supervise and adjusting of LNG plant start up to control and regulate compressors working on MARK 6. - Manage a team of process operation technicians on shift (4-6 operators) to ensure that the LNG plant is operating in safe, efficient and reliable manner under normal, upsets and emergency situations to meet the business requirements for the production of LNG and LPG. - Maintain, review and implement operations Work Instructions (WI). - Coaching a team of process junior operation technicians. - Perform safe and efficient shutdown/start up activities as per WI, Shift Supervisor/panel and man daily instructions. - I’ve got AA (area authority) and worked by Supervisor to be on stand-by. - Taking part in commissioning activities (witnessing, punching, pre-start up activities) for all equipment within LNG process areas. - Report any integrity/reliability issue from site with SAP, or near miss report. Write clear SAP notifications. - Check and countersign all Work Control Certificates/Tool Box Talk Forms that are to be, or have been issued within all process areas of accountability prior to the commencement of any activity under the control of a WCC (the final signatory to allow work to proceed). - Report any non-compliance to line, hazard, STOP, Incident reports. - Ensures that plant integrity is maintained and that risks associated with all work are managed to a level As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP). Comply with PTW (permit to work) system. - Responsible for testing for the presence of flammable vapors, toxic gases and oxygen as required in support of WCCs that require a L2RA or Confined Space Entry Certificates as requested by the AA. - Participated in the commissioning of gas turbines and compressors; • During the overhaul I have supervised repairs of compressors (gas turbine drives) and gas turbines of "NP General electric" company. - Responsible for all Process isolations. Entering and acknowledging the points of isolation in the related ICC in ISSoW. -Ensure good housekeeping of plant area. - Trouble shoots process upset, identify causes and corrective actions. - Perform the role leader of the emergency duty team in the event of any emergency.
