Setting-up and regularly development of Product/Portfolio catalog/database as a base for overall business/strategy planning and forecasting;
Facilitation of short and mid term portfolio planning: portfolio roadmap update, monthly meetings review with top management facilitation: products life-cycle planning, marketing campaigns and launches planning;
Long-term portfolio planning process facilitation, including market segmentation analysis, competition monitoring, particular product potential in terms of strategy, volume, net sales, price, margin and competition, overall key financial forecasting;
Active contribution to Demand planning (short and mid-term horizons): bottom-up plans creation based on top-down targets, marketing and sales departments input;
First allocated volumes planning in brand marketing special launching projects («go to market»)
Weekly contribution to Sales outlook top management calls (sales planning/ forecasting update in short-term horizon);
Monthly analysis result reporting to ensure fact-based management: market share status, best/worst top products in different price-bands, markets hot issues, risks, competitors hot news
Regular planning tools update (DMAN, PRS)
Achievements:
Implemented specific detailed Eurasia countries product database which replaced global one;
Provided successful launch of two product family lines in 2012.
