Supervision over department staff: administrators, translators, engineers, secretaries, receptionists, switchboard operators, drivers, archivists, kitchen ladies.
Coordination of Administration Department work in Dresdner Bank ZAO in Russia.
Responsibilities:
- Development, review and implementation of relevant corporate policies. Contacts with international administration teams.
- Property services – Co-ordination of design, space planning, construction and fit out of the office. Supervise operation and maintenance of buildings infrastructure, fire security and safety labor procedures.
- Corporate Travel – Maintenance of relationship with the corporate travel service providers, migration services provision; car fleet management; corporate mobile phones and credit cards management, travel and expense policy development.
- Interaction with suppliers and vendors to ensure better services provision, quality–price ratio and costs control in the areas of responsibility. Mail collection and distribution, subscriptions, translation service, courier, reception and switchboard operations.
- External and internal archive management and related functions, including interaction with the outsourced archive company.
- General Services – Management and co-ordination of staffing program. Food services including coffee, tea and beverages for visitors and meetings, catering services.
- Corporate Security - Management of time registration/access in the office including equipment leasing, supplies, corporate requirements.
- Finance – Liaison with Finance on cost centre space. Annual budgets calculation.
- Insurance – office insurance coverage.
