• Managing full-scale recruitment projects for key accounts (Luxury, Advertising, Electrotechnical, Automotive, B2B etc.)
• Meeting client demands for recruitment in the areas of: Finance & Accountancy, HR, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Administration and Technical
• Searching for, interviewing and selecting candidates
• Leading a team of junior accounts, setting targets, coaching and supervising
• Planning the performance results, developing long-term partnership relations with Key Accounts
• Forecasting sales targets
• Controlling search & selection process efficiency
• Handling contractual issues (compliance, prolongation, payments etc.), settling claims
• Participating in tenders
• Negotiating with potential clients and attracting new ones, building relations from scratch
