- Participation in carrying out of negotiations with potential clients;
- Making of concession contracts, equipment delivery contracts;
- Coordination of new objects opening (Moscow, regions) with corporate standards maintenance:
(for the period of work on a post of the franchising manager I have taken part in opening of 5 shops (Klimovsk, Lipetsk, Orel, Ryazan (2 shops);
- at the same time I was conducting 5 shops opening projects (Kirov, Moscow (Solntzevo), Esentuky, Kaliningrad, Arkhangelsk);
- Preparation and clients maintenance with breadboard models: an external signboard, a trade mark behind cash department;
- Preparation of interior corporate posters allocation (change 2 times a year);
- Partners activity support at a stage of functioning of footwear shops «Tervolina» (the control and coordination of work of 13 already operating interiors);
- Development of long-term attitudes with clients;
- Taking part at «Buy Brand» Exhibition
