- Establishment of a representative office of a foreign company- manufacturer of luxury cosmetics, with its warehouse in Moscow.
- Full cycle of preparation procedures: legal registration, certification of products, and other steps necessary for importing products;
- Strategic and operational management of commercial activities;
- The pricing policy of the company;
- Creation of sales management system, restructuring the sales department, recruitment, development and implementation of measures for the staff motivaion;
- Setting goals, coordinating and controlling the activities of all related departments (finance, marketing, logistics);
- Optimization of taxation
- Optimization of transport logistics
- Negotiations with key customers (perfumes, cosmetics and pharmacy networks, hyper and supermarkets, wholesale organizations, TVshopping), the design and contracting, implementation of legal control over the passage of transactions;
- Continuous monitoring of the market and competitors' activities, timely and effective response;
- HR management;
