- List of key clients: Nestle, PepsiCo, Mondelez (ex Kraft), Danone, Unilever, Kellogg's, Cargill, Auchan, Globus, Coca-Cola and others; -development and implementation of business processes and project management tools to increase sales volumes;
- identifying and developing opportunities for sales growth, considering the dynamics of customers, global trends and competitive environment;
- development and implementation of innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the trading program.
Achievements:
- While working in Kimberly Clark managed to obtain more than 40 companies, including PepsiCo 6 plants, 2 plants Mondelez, 2 Coca-Cola plants, Kellogg - 3 plants, 2 Cargill plants, 4 plants of Stora Enso, 10 hypermarkets Auchan, 5 hypermarkets Globus, and other plants, replacing competitive products for Kimberly Clark ones. Overall volumes of sales were increased for 200 %.
