    Обязанности и достижения:

    Duties: - balance holder for production and sales on 3 own production sites, as well as maximization of marginal revenue and premium to parity of the entrusted production chain (isobutene -MTBE) - in charge of the entrusted product sales (MTBE) on the territory of the Customs Union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan) Ukraine and Europe - definition and control of MTBE sales strategy for the export office (Vienna) - meeting the demand of Russian refineries in MTBE amid its significant volatility of involvement in production Negotiating with oil and trading companies (Lukoil, Gazprom, Rosneft, Tatneft, Ektos, Naftan, Mozyr Oil Refinery, Vitol) - preparation of commercial offers for participation in tenders for spot, annual and multi-year contracts - arrangement of work according to the agent scheme with key partners (+ 3 additional production sites) in compliance with commercial metrics (share of sales on the premium directions, target efficiency versus export alternative) - working capital management and minimization of receivables in the framework of the entrusted production chain (isobutane-MTBE) - leading team of 2 junior traders in terms of operational and documentary support of transactions Achievements - increase in the share of MTBE sales on the premium directions + Ukraine + 4 p.p. 2020 vs 2019. - fulfillment of share of sales on the premium directions according to agent schemes while improving efficiency + 12 p.p. 2020 vs 2019 to targets - increase in gross agent fee + 3 p.p. 2020 vs 2019 - extension of a long-term contract with Gazprom for 2020 - start of shipments to the Belarusian market (Mozyr Oil Refinery) - the most efficient direction in the Q4 2019. - increase in capacity utilization by 5 pp in 1 half-year 2020 vs 1 half-year 2019
