Обязанности и достижения:
- Provide administrative support for all HR functions, including filing, copying, general correspondence and support/preparation for meetings, trainings, orientations, executive travelling, etc
- Preparation of working timetables on monthly basis for clients;
- Caring out hiring process (1C data input, documents-flow, labour books, signing with authorities and employees);
- Caring out termination process (1C data input, documents-flow, labor books, signing with authorities and employees);
- Preparation of vacation orders and applications;
- Preparation of working weekends, overtimes, night work orders and notification;
- Preparation of b.trip orders and applications;
- Preparation of certificates from workplace;
- Communicated with management and executives for creation, refreshing and interpreting policy changes;
- Caring out personal files of employees (about 80 employees);
- interaction with clients (correspondence in English, Russian and German where relevant);
- Consulting concerning Labor Legislation in Russia;
- Created, organized, updated and maintained personnel files and the HR database;
- Filing and scanning of HR ongoing documents;
- Preparation of employment contracts and supplement agreements;
- Implemented efficiency and cost-saving initiatives that improved the client service process;
- Continuous work with the Labour Legislation of Russian Federation.
