Strong knowledge of Active Directory and additional services, data bases, management of corporate mailboxes and phone systems, WAN/LAN.
Work experience with ITSM/ITIL/MOF concepts. Good knowledge of project management methodologies, ToRs, performance monitoring, final verification. Contracts management (SLA/OLA for services and systems). Agile mindset.
