Обязанности и достижения:
Leading HR role (start-up): 18 stores in Russia, more than 250 employees.
Subordination - 5 HR specialists (including T&D, recruitment, HSE, administration).
1.Recruitment:
- Staffing strategy: creation of model of corporate competencies, positions` profiles;
- Mass recruitment (retail, wholesale, warehouse, back-office) – Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Ekaterinburg;
- Executive search;
- Creation and implementation of onboarding programm for newcomers.
2. T&D:
- Adaptation program for new employees;
- Educational program aligned with business direction (trainings, training methodology, group and 1:1 coaching, after training cooperation);
- Performance appraisal and goal-setting process.
3. C&B, motivation:
- Managing C&B, salary review process;
- Creation and implementation of motivational programs (including KPIs for sales depts);
- Managing monthly motivation events and team competitions.
4. HR admin & HSE:
- Research, development, approve and execution of business processes and internal procedures;
- Managing document flow;
- Dealing with difficult dismissal cases, staff reduce, legal trials;
- Managing HSE program, according to current labor legislation.
5. Org structure & budget:
- Managing of HR budget (personnel costs, motivation program, T&D, administrative needs, travel-management, etc.);
- Agreement and controlling correctness of schedule of positions, personnel files, etc;
- Stuff reduction.
6. Corporate culture:
- Conducting corporate research;
- Organization team events;
- Informing staff and broadcasting corporate culture, development and implementation of competitions for the team;
- Award and recognition ceremony.
