For 3 months I worked for Norgren through outsourcing company due to internal issues in Norgren. From September 2013 I became a part of Norgren team. My first position was Telesales engineer, and I was responsible for sales and technical support of existing distributors and new customers.
In January, 2015 I was promoted to position of Businees Develpment Manager. My new responsibilities were:
- Searching and deelopment of new proactive distributors
- Searching and deelopment of new sales niches
- Development of sleeping customers
- Searching for new business opportunities
- Development of existing customers
From Septemer, 2017 I was promoted to position of Key Account Manager Regional
Responsibilities:
- New distributor strategy development and implementation in Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus (vision –
business development):
• new distribution policy after deep market analysis
• compliance (anti- bribery and corruption policy)
• new national or regional distributors/potential distributors/resellers search
• individual development plans for existing and new distributors
- Responsibility for sales results of distribution channel in countries of Customs Union (Russia, Kazakhstan,
Belarus)
- Lead of distribution team consisting of 4 people (including the leader)
- Lead of cabinets localization project
- Negotiations with shareholders and management of distributors/potential distributors
- Reporting to Europe (Continental Europe distribution director) and Russia (Regional director Russia)
Achieved goals:
- Work with biggest industrial (metallurgical, food and beverage, …), petrochemical plants, refineries. Sales
product: standard pneumatic components, process valves (shut-off valves), pneumatic and electro-pneumatic
cabinets
- New distribution strategy implementation (Russia): 5 national distributors, 6 regional ones, 1 reseller and 1
restricted product range distributor instead of 30 dealers
- New distribution strategy development and implementation (Kazakhstan): 3 industrial distributors
- New distribution strategy development and implementation (Belarus): 1 regional distributor
- Implementation of individual development plans for existing and new distributors
- Implementation of a new pricing policy
- Implementation of product campaigns for brand awareness increase and sales growth
- Development of weak directions of sales to generate an additional growth
- Business development and new opportunities/projects additionally to existing business
