Main functions:
- General management of operationsl activities of Ahlstrom Corporation in Russia and CIS, setting up and accomplishing sales growth targets, comprehensive support and control of the business on the territory (market/pricing policy by brands/sales channels/geographies, managing the sales to Global Key Accounts on the territory, building up and developing distributive networks, organizing promotion campaigns, back-selling, information and technical support, product development, supporting CRM system, contracting, order processing, claims’ settlement, receivables control);
- Restructuring/optimizing business processes inside the company, developing inside time-management and business reporting systems;
- Conducting market research, SWOT analysis, deriving market trends and working out business development scenarios for the company in CIS;
- Financial planning and P/L control, supervising book-keeping and financial reporting;
- Communicating corporate policy and vision among the staff of Moscow office and through the markets, developing functional cooperation between Ahlstrom Sales, corporate product lines organization, production sites, building up the networks within the Group and professional communities;
- Personnel management (hiring, training, career development, motivation);
- Acting as a Board Member of Troitskaya Paper Mill, co-owned by Ahlstrom Corporation.

- Promotion of new products at the market, expanding customers’ base;
- Providing average annual sales growth by 17%, 2007 revenue – 48 MEuro.
