In 2014 company has plans to expand into the real estate sales and management sector. One of the most recent projects was redesigning and refitting the head office of Norilsk Nickel in Moscow. I am responsible for heading new projects, obtaining clients, customer relations, R&D of materials from Europe, China and USA, logistics support and coordination. I also strongly participate in sales and marketing strategy of the company.

One of the biggest centers in Poland measuring over 180 000 square meters includes stores, offices, restaurants and an entertainment center. Initially, I was responsible for commercialization of the project, lease negotiations and tenant relations. While continuing these responsibilities, I was appointed the General Director of the Entertainment Center in Blue City. The Center measuring almost 6000 square meters included three restaurants, four bars, night club for 1200 guests, biggest in Warsaw children’s playground, movie theatre and special event facilities. We also organized special events and catering for over 1000 people. During the first year we were able to increase revenue by 25% while limiting costs by over 15%.

THE EASTBRIDGE GROUP is the owner of such brands like EMPiK, SMYK, DTC. S.A., Dar Natury, KODAK, Sephora Perfumes, and many more. In Poland it is the leading retailer and shopping center operator with prime locations in all major cities. I was directly involved in this project during the revitalization and construction process directly after the company purchased locations from The National Treasury of Poland and following this, my main responsibilities concentrated on commercialization of retail space throughout the country as well as tenant contract negotiations on domestic and international levels (Germany, Switzerland, UK, Russia and France). I also was co responsible for opening of several store locations.
