My primary workload was as follows:
1. Accounting departments coordinations, including HK SAR and 2 PRC offices.
Worked closely with statutory auditors (HK local companies, China local companies). FY 2011 and FY2012 audit report positive/unqualified opinion issued.
Performed financial analysis;
2. Arranged and controled monthly bugets prepration for all companies of the group:
- monthly CF budgets;
- annual budgets (PnL, CF);
- reforecasts;
3. ERP system implementation, proposals for corrections and amendments;
4. Liased with Honkongnese banks (HSBC, Standard Chartered, Hang Seng and VTB Shanghai)
Projects accomplished:
1. Accounts restoration in RO in Mainland China;
2. Analysis for Shenzhen factory close-down decision making (that provided savings of US$ 1.5M ~ 50% of Net profits for a year);
3. Roadmap for factory close-down and documents preparation for settlement mutual claims with a Chinese partner in JV
4. Management reporting restoration.
Besides primary responsibilities, handled:
1. HR functions in all Chinese offices;
2. Customs contracts preparation follow-up and control;
3. Present Moscow HQ (Valtera) on negotiations with contractors in HK SAR, and with a Bank (Hang Seng) on the assigned debts.
